Review and make recommendations on all matters to come before the Community Development Commission prior to Commission action, except emergency matters and matters which the Commission, by resolution, excludes from Committee review and recommendation
The Committee has all the power of the Commission except: sue and be sued; sell property; delegate authority to redevelopment agency; contract with other public agencies; acquire property by purchase, lease, gift or eminent domain; borrow money for redevelopment purposes; finance housing construction and rehabilitation; and such other powers as shall be withheld by ordinance of the City Council or resolution of the Commission.
Meetings are held the second and fourth Thursday of every month.
